If your order has already been processed, we'll work with you to find the best possible solution. The earlier you let us know about any changes, the more likely we’ll be able to assist.
Is it possible to order more tiles if I run out during my installation.
Yes, in most cases. If you need additional tiles during your installation, contact our team as soon as possible and we'll check availability.
To give you the best chance of matching your original order, we'll always try to supply tiles from the same production batch where available. Please have your original order number ready when you get in touch.

Delivery
How will I know when to expect my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.
As we work with a range of delivery partners across Australia, tracking and delivery updates may vary. Depending on the courier, you may receive a tracking link and/or a courtesy phone call before delivery.
Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for the delivery details specific to your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If you placed your order online, your nominated delivery date will be included in your order details.
For in-store orders, delivery to most metropolitan areas generally takes around two business days. Regional deliveries may take a little longer depending on the destination.
For further information about your delivery, please contact our friendly team.
Can I pick up my tiles instead of a Delivery?
Yes, you can collect your order from your selected Amber store.
As tiles and stone products are heavy, your safety is our top priority. If you're collecting your order, please ensure your vehicle is suitable for the weight and size of the load. For safety reasons, we can't load goods into an unsafe vehicle, onto passenger seats, or into vehicles with the rear seats folded down.
If you're unsure whether your vehicle is suitable, please contact our friendly team before collection and we'll be happy to help.
What should I do once my order has arrived ?
Whether your project is starting in a few weeks or a few months, we strongly recommend inspecting your order as soon as it's delivered. This allows you to confirm you've received the correct products and that they have arrived in good condition.
If you notice any damaged, faulty or incorrect items, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can assist with your claim.
Bathroom
What is the minimum bathroom size for both a bath and shower?
A bathroom of around 4.5–5m² can typically accommodate a 1500–1700mm bath and a separate 900×900mm shower. In smaller spaces, a shower over bath is usually the most practical and space-efficient solution.
What tiles work best in a small bathroom with bath and shower?
Porcelain and ceramic wall tiles are ideal for wet areas thanks to their low porosity and easy maintenance. Full-height tiling with matching grout creates a seamless finish that makes the bathroom feel larger and simplifies cleaning.
Is a shower over bath practical for daily use?
Yes. For many households, a shower-over-bath is a good idea, offering the convenience of both bathing options without increasing the bathroom footprint. A semi-frameless screen and quality shower rose make it comfortable for everyday use.
Does having a bath add value to your home?
In many cases, yes. A bath is often viewed as a desirable feature, particularly in homes with a single bathroom. Families and future buyers appreciate the flexibility, making a well-designed shower-over-bath a practical investment.
