  • Call the Store to book appointment which can be conducted online or in-store
  • To provide the best level of service we will talk through your requirements and find out what needs are to be best prepared for your appointment
  • We have strict limits on the number of appointments and people in-store at any given time to better protect our customers.
  • With our in-store appointments we will be adhering to strict social distancing and hygiene protocols.
  • It is strongly suggested that you utilise our website, visualiser and social channels to make yourself familiar with our product offer.

  2. Contact our sales consultants to discuss product
  3. Request imagery of products
  4. Contactless delivery or pick up of product samples if/where required
  5. Decide on product selection and obtain a quotation and stock availability
  6. Payment over the Phone, eftpos, credit, direct deposit or a Zip payment option
  7. Delivery date and location confirmed
  8. Delivery of goods completed
